Each councilor has five minutes during the adoption of each agenda item and three minutes at the end of the council meeting. During this allegation, Mr. Benedetti was addressing the citizens at the end of the assembly and he greatly exceeded his speaking time of 3 minutes. The mayor invited him to conclude out of respect for everyone’s speaking time after having spoken 4 minutes 20 seconds. In total, he spoke for 5 minutes and 3 seconds ….

As soon as the mayoress and her team arrived, the elected members of the town planning advisory committee (Christian Gaudette, Michelle Hui and Sophie Allard) as well as the citizen members mentioned their uneasiness in approving large constructions that did not belong in sector A.
