“The opportunity to represent the citizens of Brossard on city council has enriched my professional and personal experience. It has given me a deeper understanding of local challenges, while strengthening my ability to navigate between citizens’ needs and innovative technological solutions. This role has also allowed me to put my commitment to challenging the status quo into practice, advancing things in tangible and lasting ways.”

Originally from Brossard, Stéphanie Quintal embodies community commitment and solidarity. A project manager in technology with over 12 years of experience, she currently works at Fasken, where she leverages her expertise in strategic management, digital transformation, and multidisciplinary team coordination. She enjoys saying that she works for the City of Brossard for the well-being of citizens, and she is never afraid to challenge the status quo to move things forward in innovative and inclusive ways.

A mother of two, she has always made family and collective well-being her top priorities. Her involvement in the community is deep and constant: she was president of the Maison de la Famille de Brossard from 2016 until her election as city councillor in November 2021, continuing her mother’s legacy. She also chaired the governing board of Rose-des-Vents Elementary School for seven years, where she founded the Parent Participation Organization (OPP), and she serves as administrator of her condo association.

As a city councillor, Stéphanie has brought several transformative projects to the A sector. She supervised the resurfacing of over 2 km of bike paths—improving safety and comfort for users—and coordinated the addition of markings at more than 25 intersections. Neighbourhood beautification began with targeted improvements on Audette and Alarie streets. She also secured the commitment of provincial MNA Linda Caron to resurface Taschereau Boulevard, from Highway 10 to the borders of the A sector—a vital corridor for residents—completed in the summers of 2023 and 2024. Stéphanie led the implementation of the ‘L’histoire avec un grand A’ historical exhibition in collaboration with citizens and put into practice the city’s consultation policy, including launching the ‘Shaping the Future of Sector A!’ survey, which engaged over 300 residents.

The opportunity to represent Brossard’s citizens on city council has enriched her professional and personal experience. She has gained a deeper understanding of local issues while strengthening her ability to navigate between the needs of residents and innovative technological solutions.

Driven by a deep desire to serve, Stéphanie believes that every voice matters and that lasting change comes from listening, action, and the courage to challenge assumptions. She continues to build bridges between citizens, institutions, and ideas, with a clear vision: to make Brossard an ever more inclusive, dynamic, and forward-looking city.

“As a project manager, I need to adapt, listen, manage risks, and communicate—just like the elected officials of Brossard Ensemble do.” These values are dear to me and I am happy to share them with this team.

“I have received so much so far; I grew up in an inspiring family, I am fulfilled in my career, and my children and I live in a nurturing environment. Now it’s my turn to give back to the community.”

I want to support the team.

“Since the founding of our party, thousands of people have joined the vast new collective created by Brossard Ensemble.” They contribute in many ways—sometimes as volunteers, sometimes as donors, advocates, candidates, or active members of committees. Their involvement shapes and strengthens our community at every turn.

Team up with these citizens who believe, just like you, in an open and participatory democracy.
