“I am proud to be part of Brossard Ensemble because, with our leader Doreen Assaad, we have shown our determination to put citizens at the heart of all our decisions. Hope for the future rests on the closeness between elected officials and citizens—as well as on a team that puts the community’s interests before their own.”
Bursting with energy, Tina is a true source of inspiration! Having lived in Brossard since 1965, she is part of a family that helped shape the city’s early history through Centre de jardin Notre-Dame, the company her father founded. These years of family and business experience have instilled in Tina a strong bond with Brossard and its residents—something that comes through in her ongoing involvement.
Over the years, her involvement has intensified, especially with youth. Passionate about figure skating, she has served as president of the Brossard Figure Skating Club for twelve years, generously devoting her time and energy for the benefit of hundreds of young skaters. Her commitment illustrates her genuine desire to support the local sports community and to foster a spirit of community engagement.
Elected as a city councillor in 2021, Tina now chairs the Quality of Life Commission, a team dedicated to meeting the needs of families and residents of all ages to support their full participation in the community. She actively contributes to the development of initiatives that strengthen Brossard’s social fabric and also sits on the Diversity Commission, further demonstrating her commitment to inclusion.
As an inspiring and driven candidate, Tina approaches her municipal mandates with enthusiasm and determination, eager to continue serving the people of Brossard.

“I quickly realized that my connection to my community extended far beyond a family business. The more I interacted with those around me, the more I realized that I had to do more. “
After so many years of working in the community, to do more is to make the decision to take this passion to another level in order to serve the people of Brossard as municipal councilor.

I want to support the team.
“Since the founding of our party, thousands of people have joined the vast new collective created by Brossard Ensemble.” They contribute in many ways—sometimes as volunteers, sometimes as donors, advocates, candidates, or active members of committees. Their involvement shapes and strengthens our community at every turn.
Team up with these citizens who believe, just like you, in an open and participatory democracy.
