In addition to low taxes, we have also reduced our debt ratio. <\/p>\n

We want to continue on this path by maintaining our streets and infrastructure to avoid costly repairs. We will also leverage technology to improve our services while keeping a human connection with residents. We know that inflation affects everyone. That’s why we propose to help families and new homebuyers by allowing them to spread the payment of the property transfer tax (welcome tax) over three years.
